This calendar is the official schedule for Worship Leader, Announcements, and Invitation for upcoming services (rolling 6–8 weeks).

How to Confirm Your Assignment

  1. Open the Serving Calendar below.
  2. Find your service date and open the event.
  3. Tap Register/RSVP to confirm you will serve as assigned.


Confirmation Deadline:
Please confirm no later than Thursday at 8:00 PM for the upcoming Sunday.

If You Cannot Serve, Please Do not RSVP.

Notify the AP immediately so coverage can be arranged.

Where to check (choose the sources you actually use):
  • Church Events Calendar (Subsplash Events)
  • Church Website Events page
  • Church "What's Happening" Email Newsletter
  • Pastor/AP communications (weekly email/text)
  • Ministry Leaders (events requiring announcement)
Checklist

  • Review upcoming events in Subsplash (next 2–4 weeks)
  • Identify top 5–7 announcements only (keep service tight)
  • Confirm each announcement has: date, time, location, who, action
  • Confirm registration link or “how to participate”
Write announcement-ready copy (30 seconds each) Standard format

Time guideline

  • Each announcement = 10–20 seconds
  • Total announcements block = 2 minutes max (unless Pastor directs otherwise)

If you’ve just heard the word the gospel of Jesus Christ preached, and you would like to receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you may come now.

  2. If you are Looking for a church home, we welcome you to our fellowship
  3. If you would like prayer we will pray with you

Please close your invitation with a prayer for salvation.
